This study aims to describe and compare the competency performance of productive teachers at Public Vocational High Schools in Kendari City. research is a comparative descriptive quantitative with statistical analysis Kruskal-Wallis for test. The number samples was as many 123 people who were determined using purposive sampling technique based on certain criteria. results showed that there no significant difference average certification, while where have been certified through PPG program highest average. group had PLPG second-highest rank, not lowest competency. Furthermore, tenure categories. Teachers working 0 15 years higher than 16 25 years. 26 40 performance.
